The Recession Has Not Ended

Rob here with Patriot Privacy and the Self-Reliance Institute.

Today is Election Day.

One of the major political parties wants you to believe the recession is over.

The other major party wants you to believe all will be well economically if its candidates are elected.

The reality is most Americans have been hurting economically for many, many years.

But I’m not telling you anything you don’t know. It’s only the greedy politicians in Washington DC who don’t care how difficult it is for hard-working Americans to just survive these days.

Notice I said survive, not thrive. That’s how bad it is for a lot of folks.

Still, there are those who deny the obvious. They claim the economy is on the rebound and all will soon be well for all Americans – not just those from Wall Street to Capitol Hill in DC.

Or, as I used to call it when I was a talk radio show host, the Amtrak Power Corridor.

So, on this Election Day, I want to arm you with the truth about the state of the American economy and the impact it is having on hundreds of millions of Americans.

To do so, I want to share a great compilation of economic and fiscal data. It’s from Global Research and is titled, “15 Reasons Why Americans Think We’re Still in a Recession.”

The 15 reasons include (the specifics and accompanying charts can be found at the link to the article):

Wage stagnation / Most people still haven’t recouped what they lost in the crash / Most working people are still living hand-to-mouth / Millennials are drowning in red ink / Downward mobility is the new reality / People are more vulnerable than ever / Working people are getting poorer / Most people can’t even afford to get their teeth fixed / The good, high-paying jobs have vanished / More workers are throwing in the towel / Nearly twice as many people still rely on Food Stamps than before the recession / The ocean of red ink continues to grow / No recovery for working people / Most people will work until they die / Americans are more pessimistic about the future

Friends, please share this email and the linked article with your family and friends. The data behind the reasons most Americans are feeling economically depressed is solid and needs to be seen by as many folks as possible.

As always, I’m constantly on the lookout for this type of information. After all, if we aren’t economically secure, it’s difficult to be secure in the other aspects of our lives. I want you to prosper. I want you to be secure. And while I usually share this type of material exclusively with members of the Self-Reliance Institute, I want you to have it on this Election Day.

Please check out the Self-Reliance Institute. Every week, I share exclusive information and resources with members of the Institute. Plus, all of the accumulated eBooks, Advisories, Newsletters and other resources that Chris Peterson and I have produced and acquired since the inception of the Institute are immediately yours if you become a member. It’s a huge collection of material and it grows every week. In fact, we just added a new eBook yesterday and it’s free to members of the Institute.

If you join now, you get a free Special Forces Survival Knife and a free month of membership in the Self-Reliance Institute. And, to be sure, one of the issues we discuss frequently is economic security and what we can all do to try to stay ahead of the curve financially.

Thank you for your time today. Please share this email with your friends and family so that they too will have the data contained in the Global Research article.

Be safe, secure and free!
